A 20 million square-foot railway park located on more than 2,000 acres. The scope included necessary mass grading and construction of five detention ponds and several building pads which required moving over 500,000 cubic yards of dirt in the initial phase. Over a mile long realignment and reconstruction of Lorenzo Road took place as well as a new traffic controlled intersection was added.
